Objective: Turn AT&T's new three-story flagship store into the ‘crown jewel’ of their brand.
Approach: Opened in September 2016, the 24,000 sq/ft space located in the heart of San Francisco, is an interactive playground designed to inspire as much as sell. From a series of 8 ft. tall interactive touch screens, to a 48 ft. wide generative art display that changes with the music, to a large-scale hologram, the space encourages exploration across all of AT&T’s products and services.
Scope: Store strategy, customer journeys, content and interactive development, generative art display, passive digital signage, interactive touchscreens, gesture-based screens, tablets and hologram. Designed in collaboration with TwentyFour7.
